This machine is an ideal equipment for the inspection of particles, flakes, powders and other materials in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. The machine is composed of three parts: the inlet and outlet screen, the core vibration part, and the body seat.
There are six sets of soft rubber shock absorbers connected and fixed up and down between the vibrating part and the body seat. The adjustable eccentric weight rotates with the drive motor to generate centrifugal force, and the shock absorber is controlled to meet the required work requirements.
During operation, the lower body seat has no vibration, low noise, low energy consumption, no dust, high efficiency, and is extremely convenient to handle, clean, and maintain.
