working principle:

The machine is composed of a crushing host, a cyclone separator, and a pulse dust box. The material enters the crushing chamber from the hopper, and is crushed by the high-speed rotating hammer and fixed gear plate. The crushed material enters the cyclone separator by the centrifugal force and the induced fan.

Then, the material is discharged by turning off the fan, and the dust enters the pulse dust removal box, filtered by the filter cartridge, and recycled. The machine is designed according to the "GMP" standard, the whole machine is made of stainless steel, and there is no dust during the crushing process.
