1. The production of tablets in the pharmaceutical industry can provide ideal granular raw materials for the tableting process.
2. Granulation in the food industry: such as chemical condiments, dairy products, spices, spices, sour flavors, food additives, food coloring, etc.

Features:

The mixing and shredding device has two speeds for selection.
Set the granulation time according to the granulation process, and manually operate the mixing and cutting speeds I and II. When the time is reached, the machine automatically stops.
The opening and closing of the lid is light, convenient and reliable.
The sealing part and cylinder of the mixing and chopping device are easy to clean.
The motor driving the mixing and shredding device is interlocked with the discharge valve and opening device. Only when the discharge valve is closed and the cylinder cover is closed, the motor of the mixing and shredding device will work, otherwise, it will not work.
The mixing and shredding device operates in one direction.
The amount of binder required for granulation is small, thus shortening the drying time.

working principle:
