Features:

This machine adopts a horizontal cylinder structure with reasonable structure. The drive shaft is air-filled and sealed and can be switched to water during cleaning. Fluidized granulation, the granulation is approximately spherical, with good fluidity.

Compared with the traditional process, the adhesive is reduced by 25%, and the drying time is shortened. Each batch of dry mixing is 2 minutes, granulation is 1-4 minutes, the work efficiency is increased by 4-5 times compared with the traditional process.

working principle:

The powder material and the binder are fully mixed from the bottom mixed slurry in a cylindrical container to form a wet soft material, and then cut into uniform wet particles by the side-mounted high-speed crushing slurry.
