The ZP-2 3 tablet press is a dual-press automatic rotating, continuous tableting machine that compresses granular raw materials into various tablets.

It is mainly used in the production of tablets in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in the chemical, food, and electronics industries. According to the order loan requirements, it can press wafers, special-shaped pieces, and double-sided lettering pieces.

Features:

●The outer cover is a fully enclosed form, the material is stainless steel, and the internal table top is made of stainless steel. The surface of the turntable is specially treated to maintain the surface gloss and prevent cross contamination, which meets the GMP requirements.
●The doors and windows equipped with transparent glass can clearly observe the state of pressing, and can be fully opened, which is easy for internal cleaning and maintenance.
●All controllers and operating parts are reasonably arranged. The man-machine interface frequency conversion speed control device is used for electrical speed control and reverse rotation.
●Easy operation, stable rotation, safe and accurate. Mechatronics can be implemented, and touch screen PLC control and operation are optional.
●The transmission system is sealed in the oil tank under the main body of the machine. It is a completely separated and independent part, and there is no mutual contamination, easy to disperse and wear-resistant.
